Todd Neuhaus represents clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including child custody, property distribution, spousal and child support, as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements. A seasoned trial attorney and negotiator, he has devoted his career to helping people through life’s most important conflicts and transitions. In his prior life as a criminal defense attorney, Todd spent nearly a decade representing clients through complex, life-altering cases—experience that shaped the calm, diligent approach he brings to every client relationship.

Todd understands that divorce and family conflicts are more than just legal disputes—they are deeply personal and emotionally charged experiences that touch every aspect of his clients’ lives. Aware that his clients often face uncertainty, loss, and at times fear, Todd approaches every client with curiosity and compassion, ensuring his clients feel understood and supported as they navigate pivotal decisions that will shape their futures.

In addition to representing individual clients, Todd serves as a neutral mediator for parents and divorcing couples in conflicts regarding custody and parental decision-making, child and spousal support, and property distribution. Todd expanded his practice to include mediation after years of seeing the emotional and financial toll that litigation inflicts on people and families. Where parties are willing and able, he facilitates a constructive mediation process that honors each party’s autonomy, fosters mutual understanding, and guides clients toward collaborative resolutions.
